How to Order

 

 

If ordering from Accessories or Stationery Departments:

1. To place an order, please complete the Order Form (see bottom of page) and email to us at shopwithher@hotmail.com. Please do not send as an attachment.
2. You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours.
3. Item(s) will be reserved for you for 2 days from the day you receive our confirmation email.
4. Payment should be made within these 2 days after which the item(s) would be released to other interested buyer(s):  POSB Savings Account:  057-90522-0.
5. We will revert through email upon receiving payment, and arrange for delivery.
6. You will receive your item(s) within 3-4 working days.

If ordering from SPREE Departments:

1. To place an order, please complete the Order Form (see bottom of page) and email to us at shopwithher@hotmail.com. Please do not send as an attachment.
2. You will receive a reply via email from us within 24 hours.
3. Transfer the total amount to our POSB Savings Account: 057-90522-0. Your order  will not be confirmed until payment is made. Please make payment within 2 days upon order, otherwise, the order will be void.
4. Paid orders will then be reflected under the SPREE UPDATES page (http://shopwithher.wordpress.com/spree-updates/) within 24 hours after payment has been made. Pls note that we will not be emailing you on this.
5. Spree updates on availability, refund, delivery etc  will be done through mass emails (pls also check ur junk folder). Also look out for quick updates under HER TWEETS (located at bottom right of every page at our site).
6. Kindly take note of the Closing date for each spree to avoid disappointment. (Note: your order will be placed in the next spree if payment is late, i.e. after spree is closed.)
7. Under normal circumstances, you would receive your items 7-10 working days after each Spree closes.

Terms & Conditions

1. Upon payment, item(s) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. So kindly send us your confirmed order only. However, for spree items, if item(s) goes Out-of-stock (OOS) in the event where one did not opt for an ‘alternative colour’, you may either (1) request for a ”refund” OR (2) to place the OOS item(s) in the next spree. [Don't worry, we will email you to ask for ur preference.]
2. “Shop With Her“ will not be responsible if item(s) sent through normal mail is/are lost or damaged. Thus, registered mail is recommended.
3. “Shop With Her” reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
